It’s funny, originally I made a demo of this just for fun as more of a bubblegum type of song. When sifting through demos to share with my producer, Mack Major, he was really into this song that I didn’t even mean to show him. I then realized the stream of conscious lyrics that were originally not given too much thought, were all directly correlated with the feelings I once had feeling stuck and not knowing what direction to pull my life in. The chorus itself being so repetitive is a bit of a mantra to remind myself that life has a way of working itself out.
